The service
Virio is a mobile-first AI content assistant for discovering public signals, generating and editing post ideas, managing an approval queue, scheduling or publishing through supported official capabilities, and reviewing performance.
Virio is in private beta. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while integrations are reviewed. Virio is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta or Threads.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Virio for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of your prompts, drafts, posts, and other content. You grant Virio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for content you submit and publish. Connecting a third-party account authorizes Virio to act only within the permissions you approve. You can disconnect it at any time.
AI output and human approval
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your audience. You must review and edit it, verify claims, and decide whether to publish. Virio does not guarantee reach, engagement, income, or any other result.
Virio is designed to require human approval before publishing. You remain responsible for posts sent through your connected accounts and for compliance with platform rules, advertising law, intellectual-property law, and other applicable requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not use Virio to harm people, systems, or the integrity of a platform.
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or privacy-violating content.
- Do not automate fake engagement, bulk unsolicited messaging, manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not scrape private data, misuse personal data, impersonate others, or misrepresent AI output as verified fact.
- Do not resell or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
Virio may interoperate with Meta/Threads, OpenAI, email, hosting, app-store, and device services. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and your use of them is governed by their agreements. Platform changes may limit or remove a Virio feature.
You are responsible for maintaining any third-party account and permissions needed for a connected feature.
Beta access and future paid plans
The current private beta may be offered without charge or by invitation. Access is not a promise of permanent free service. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, included limits, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable store’s billing and refund rules. We will not charge you without an explicit purchase action.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Virio and delete your account at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond.
On termination, your right to use Virio ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms — remain in effect.
Warranties and liability
Virio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, continued platform access, or a particular creator result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Virio’s aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Virio in the 12 months before the event, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that law does not allow us to limit.
Law, disputes, and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep mandatory protections and access to courts available under the law of your country of residence. Please contact lashket@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
We may update these terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree, stop using Virio and delete your account.
